The first Valley Center high-tunnel greenhouse ground has been completed and waiting for planting. View Images. We are starting with a single high-tunnel greenhouse with two more to follow. We are installing high tech water controllers, temperature and humidity controllers, and, therefore, the ability to grow and deliver the highest quality organic heirloom vegetables, both in season and out of season.

Hops are being expanded to accommodate the massive pre-ordering we have received. Six varieties of hops will be available starting in late July or early August, 2014. The hop yard located at the Santa Ysabel property is currently being expanded to accommodate about 2 1/2 more acres of the current hops varieties (visit "Our Organic Hop Yard"). We are currently installing a steam distillation lab for hop oil extraction. This pure hop oil is being used in the manufacturing process of fine, allergan free soaps and skin lotion. Our newest version of the computerized grove/field water controller system is curently being beta tested at several avocado groves. This newest system is based on water volume and not only time like other systems. Each zone can be customized as to the VOLUME of water being placed, so over-saturation and under-saturation is minimized (visit "Irrigation Management").
